A photo of a young female graduate with the caption “I am an illegal immigrant,” posted to Facebook by Humans of New York immediately began to go viral with people sharing and commenting on the image mostly in support of the student and others of those in her situation.

Considering right-wing conservatives are calling for a repeal of Obama’s 2012 Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and liberals and millions of Dreamers (as they are called) are organizing and preparing to stay the course for the fight to keep and expand DACA as well as DAPA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals), it will surly be a hot topic for the 2016 Presidential election.

Just this past week on Thursday, May 28th, Nebraska became the last state to pass legislation allowing qualifying Dreamers to obtain a drivers license. In a 34-to-10 vote, the Nebraska legislature voted to override the governors previous veto of the bill.
In addition, earlier this month, Dreamers gained another victory with an Arizona judge ruling that Dreamers who are eligible to remain in the U.S. should also be eligible for in-state tuition.
However, on the other hand if Republican leadership has it their way, DACA would be repealed and eligible students and their parents would be deported.   A glance around social media shows some of the varying opinions.  Take a look below. . .
