If you been paying attention to today’s politics, you know that the topic of education is on the table. It is no secret that African American students often do not get the same quality education or educational opportunities as their counterparts of other races and as a result often don’t have the same opportunities. Well let’s give the POTUS big ups for his new White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for African Americans! The goal of this initiative is ensure African-American students are properly prepared for high school, college and the world. However, school reform in the African American community is not a new discussion. Check out John P.
